Jetse Iemes verkrijgt als erfgenaam, omdat hij vele jaren Lourens Douues gediend heeft en bij hem gewoond heeft, als prelegaat het eeuwige recht op huis, stee en sate met alle land van Lourens Douues en dat voor een redelijke huur. De tweeling Ime en Nanne Jeens krijgen gg 200 tot hun onderhoud, naast het surplus van Lourens zijn kleren, wat direct uit de erfenis aan hun administrateurs zal worden uitgekeerd. Lourens zijn broer Mr. Joucke Douues krijgt kleren, evenals Douue Imes. Lourens vrouw Jel, die vele jaren bij hem gewoond en gewerkt heeft en "grote en menichvuldige suaricheijt met mij nu en dan gehadt heeft" verkrijgt gg 50 en een goede koe, niet de beste en ook niet de slechtste. Als overige erfgenamen benoemd Lourens: Mr. Joucke Douues, Taecke Lolles met zijn vrouw Tiedts, zijn zuster Hen Douues, Hipke Tiettes, man van wijlen zijn zuster Anna Douues en hun kinderen, allen voor een vijfde deel. Taecke Lolles en zijn vrouw Tiedts moeten van hun 1/5 deel aan weduwe Gats Rinckes, dochter van Lourens zijn zuster, gg 25 betalen. Als getuigen van dit testament zijn ten huize van Lourens om 2 uur 's middags verschenen Tziepcke Douues Ipema, Joucke Hommes, Joucke Siurdts, Jencke Siurdts en Taeckle Wijpckes, allen buurtgenoten, wonend te Folsgare en Romke Minnes uit IJlst. Deze getuigen verklaren dat Lourens zijn handtekening niet meer kon zetten. Dit testament en de verklaring van Gats Jenckes zijn gecollationeerd door mederechters Aucke Wouters en Tijalling Tiercx en secretaris Bloemendal op 12-10-1610 evenals de "informatieën" van grietman Sijdts van Botnija, mederechters Siurdt Harings en Aucke Wouters en secretaris Hoppers op verzoek van Jettije Emes, genomen op 10-5-1594. Daarin bevestigen de testamentaire getuigen het prelegaat van Jettije Emes. Jetse Iemes Lourens Douues
