de getaxeerde waarde van inboedel, kleding, vee etc bedraagt gg 1112-14, en van huis, ontruiming hooiberg etc gg 701, totaal gg 1813-14. Feddes ingebrachte goederen bedragen gg 1080 en Eebbel haar ingebrachte goederen gg 650 , samen gg 1730 waarmee dit afgetrokken van de gg 1813-14 resteert gg 83 voor de weeskinderen. Deze hebben nog gg 707-16 uitschulden staan volgens het inventaris verminderd met gg 80 voor ingebrachte goederen waarmee resteert een schuld van gg 624-2 waarvan ieder de helft draagt. Maar de weeskinderen kunnen dit alleen betalen als hun geërfde land verkocht wordt. Moeder Eebbel en stiefvader Schelte gaan alles betalen en de helft daarvan korten op het vaderlijke erfdeel. Daarmee resteert voor de weeskinderen gg 767-27. Eebbel wilde ook de helft van de waarde van de kleren van Fedde en een trouwpenning haar door Fedde gegeven. Ook is afgesproken dat Eebbel en Schelte de weeskinderen zullen onderhouden tot hun 18e jaar tegen de inkomsten en rente van deze erfenis.
