rekening, bewijs en reliqua van de administratie van goederen van Willem Wijbes door zijn grootvader Sibrant Douues vanaf 23-3-1609 tot 1-5-1612. Bij het vorige slot van rekenig was Wijbe Jaens nog gg 1362-24-3 schuldig, met 3 jaar rente van 6,25% bedraagt dat gg 255 dus totaal gg 1617-24-3. Uitgegeven is voor 3 jaar alimentatie gg 232 en nog gg 100 aan Sibrant Douues resteert gg 1385-24-3. Sibrant Douues was nog gg 216 schuldig met rente gg 41 en de gg 100 dus totaal gg 357. Door Sibrant is uitgegeven gg 4-9-8 dus resteert een schuld van 352-18-8. Bij het aannemen van de curatele door Wijbe Jaens klaagt deze dat een rente van 6,25 % moeilijk haalbaar is. Hem wordt toegestaan dit geld voor 6% of middels aankoop van land uit te zetten. Ook vindt Wijbe Jaens het kostgeld van gg 44 te weinig. In plaats daarvan zal alleen voor kostgeld en eten gg 33 per jaar betaald worden en moet Willem zelf alle kleding en andere kosten betalen. Aucke Wouters, mederechter Wijmbritseradeel, auditor Johan Bloemendal, secretaris Wijmbritseradeel, auditor Sibrant Douues, rendant; verzoekt wegens grote ouderdom en hardhorendheid ontslagen te worden van zijn curatele; als grootvader en curator van Willem Wijbes, weeskind; ongeveer 17 jaar oud en kiest zijn stiefvader als nieuwe curator.; zoon van wijlen Wijbe Willems; gehuwd geweest met Liesbeth Sibrants; nu gehuwd met Wijbe Jaens, getuige; als stiefvader en nieuwe curator Dedde Tiebbes, getuige; oudoom van Willem Wijbes
