Ulricus Ulenburg, mede advocaat voor het Hof van Friesland, cedeert aan Gerryt Loo, secretaris van het Bildt, de monstercommissaris François Côpal en Rembrant van Rhijn, zijn zwagers, als mannen en voogden over zijn zusters, alsmede Jeltie Ulenburg, en professor Joannes Maccovius te Franeker, de laatste als vruchtgebruiker van de nalatenschap ("usufructuarus haeres") van wijlen Anne Ulenburg, het aandeel koopsom, zijnde 1/8, dat hem voor dezen heeft gecompeteerd van Maeycke Loo, als moeder van haar kinderen bij wl. dr. Adigerus Adius, en Dirck Alberts, boekverkoper te Leeuwarden, als kopers van zekere zaten lands te Tietjerk en Nijemirdum. Idzart Ulenburg, luitenant onder kapitein jr. Hessel van Aylva cedeert aan zijn zwager dr. Gerardus Loo, voor zichzelf en als man en voogd van Hiske Ulenburg, zijn aandeel in de koopsom van voornoemde twee zaten, alsmede van de zate te Rijperkerk, genaamd "Ulenburgs state", gekocht door juffr. His van Eminga weduwe Sytsma en dr. Albertus Loo cum uxore. Ulricus Ulenburg maakt het voorbehoud: "onverkort mijn recht neffens seeckere twee hondert caroli gls., soo mij uyt mijn w. ouders erffenisse noch sijn competerende ende uyt voors. Jeltie aenpart moeten geworden, met d'accessorien van dien". Deze cessie is voorgelezen door een bode van het Hof van Friesland, maar door de tegenpartij verworpen "vermits d'menigvuldige oncosten die voor desen op die selffde penningen waren gedaen". Geregistreerd 26 juni 1637 ten verzoeke van Gerryt Loo
