doorgehaalde akte Oordeel: volgens de akte van opzegging en de protesten daarop door gerequireerden in het recesboek genoteerd op 18-3-1606 evenals de taxatie daaropvolgend van 1-4-1606 heeft Haring van Sijttiema nom. ux. (ter vermijding van enig risico aangezien er diverse hypothecaire crediteuren zijn met name op het huis c.a. waarover ook protesten zijn, maar ook aangezien er al diverse uitwijzingen door gerequireerden gedaan zijn en door hen geen borgstelling is gedaan, hoewel daartoe verzocht) voor het huis, hekken, hekstokken etc gg 1113 geconsigneerd, voor de hooiberg gg 95, voor de watermolen gg 48-14 en voor de melioratie en betaalde ongelden gg 51-7, alles volgens taxatie. Daarboven voor de klingen gg 17-7 zoals door bemiddeling afgesproken onder aftrek van gg 379-7 waartoe gerequireerden door het HvF zijn veroordeeld volgens vonnis d.d. 11-6-1605 en nog de helft van cg 20-19 door taxateurs voor vacatie ontvangen van dit gerecht volgens kwitantie van 1-4-1606 en nog de helft van cg 18? door Geert Hans Pijls ontvangen voor verteringen tijdens de taxatie volgens kwitantie van 2-4-1606. Daarnaast behoudt Sijttiema zich het recht voor m.b.t. kosten, schade en renten bovenop deze gg 379-7 evenals m.b.t. kosten wegens onwil van gerequireerden tot het vrij opleveren. Marge: deze akte is gecasseerd. [Fol 193 volgt dezelfde akte maar minder gespecificeerd d.d. 30-4-1606] Marge: Douue Poppis en Goijcke Bruijns Alsma houden vast aan hun protesten en verspieringen m.b.t. de taxatie van het huis c.a. en verzoeken dat het gerecht niet toestaat dat andere crediteuren van Abbe borgstelling verkrijgen voordat zij hierin voldaan zijn betreffende hun rechten op het huis volgens hypotheek en veroordeling, uitwijzing, proclamatie en toewijzing daarop.
