Farduwe Hinckes, weduwe van Foppe Jans, bijgestaan door haar egenwoordige man Hincke Lefferts enerzijds. Aan andere zijde Jan Jansen-Wybes en Jan Jacobs, curatoren over de minderjarige kinderen van Foppe Jans: Lamme Foppesdr, Trijne Foppes, Assele Foppes, Pietertien Foppes, Jan Foppes en tenslotte Hille Foppes. De kinderen van Foppe Jans zullen aan Farduwe Hinckes wegens meerder inbreng (Noot: ten huwelijk) 100 g. glds oftewel 140 car. glds, uitkeren. Hincke Lefferts kan niet schrijven en zet handmerk. Vervolgacte van dezelfde datum: Er zijn schulden aan de grietman Lubbertus - Lycklama a Nijeholt, aan Marcus - Barels, Arent Barels, Jan Roeleffs te Donkerbroek en aan de koopvrouw Pietertien Geers te Donkerbroek. De moeder en de kinderen komt nog toe een stuk land met Lyckle Jacobs in gebruik en 1/12 part van een sate te Haule, bij de moeder en de stiefvader in gebruik. Alleen de kinderen komt toe 1/6 part van een sathe land te Haule, van de vader geerfd. Jan Jansen Wybes kan niet schrijven en zet handmerk.
