Oordeel: Eelck Gerloff Rispens verklaart voor haarzelf en haar kinderen Jetse Sibles en Wyck Hoites e.l. gg 100 te betalen die zij hadden uitgeleend aan w. Lolcke Jans en IJemck Gerloff Rispens en warvoor haar man w. Taco Taeckes zich niet allen als borg had gesteld maar ook als principale schuldenaar volgens de brief daarvan d.d 21-5-1602. Op 1-5 a.s. zal zij dit met gg 7 rente terug betalen. Indien in gebreke door overschrijding van de termijn stemt zij toe daartoe veroordeeld te worden. Tevens maakt zij geen gebruik van het voorrecht van divisie en discussie noch van S. Velleani.
