Koopcontract; Feye Tiercx, gewezen gedeputeerde staat van Friesland, en Clara Hortentius, el., verkopers; Joucke Sickes, burger en ijzerkramer te Leeuwarden, en Maycke Jelckes, el., kopers van een huizinge en schuur c.a., hieminge, hovinge, bomen en plantagie, etc., en de eigendom van de zate en landen, groot 32 maden, zijnde 48 pondematen, gelegen op Hardegarijp, tegenwoordig door Jan Bouckma als meier gebruikt, alles zoals verkopers hebben gekocht van de Staten van Friesland (dus voormalig kloosterland), hebbende de "Monincke sloot" ten westen, secretaris dr. Jacobus Buttinga ten oosten, de kopers ten zuiden, monsieur Hendrick de Heyde ten noorden, belast met ½ floreen. Verkocht voor ƒ 2400, te betalen in zes termijnen van ƒ 400 elk. In de marge van het origineel een kwitantie voor Sicke Jouckes van 10 mei 1662; er resteert nog te betalen ƒ 600, w.g. Jan Gerbens; geheel geroyeerd 10 sept. 1678
