rekening, bewijs en reliqua van de administratie van goederen van Liesbeth Simons, één van de (5) weeskinderen, nagelaten door haar vader Simon Rienicx, sinds Liesbeth haar 18e jaar tot heden. Volgens de scheiding van 20-3-1595 verkreeg Liesbeth daarbij het vijfde deel van gg 1000 dus gg 200 met 3 jaar rente van 6% sindsdien gg 36. Aucke heeft t.b.v. Liesbeth betaald gg 36-12 en meldt ook nog cg 15 aan kleding voor haar betaald te hebben. Curator Andries Rienicx protesteert dat dit bedrag niet ten laste mag komen van Liesbeth, aangezien Aucke haar sober gekleed heeft. Overeen gekomen wordt dat dit bedrag en de 12 st verschil door Aucke en Reijn betaald zullen worden, weggestreept tegen andere aanspraken van Liesbeth om "vordere alteratien, questien en onenicheden t ontgaen". Daarmee resteert nog gg 200 waarvan gg 100 al betaald is, dus heeft Liesbeth nog recht op gg 100 dat uitbetaald wordt. Aesge Sickes Albada, mederechter Wijmbritseradeel, auditor Johan Bloemendal, secretaris Wijmbritseradeel, auditor wijlen Simon Rienicx; gehuwd geweest met Aucke Wijnties, rendant te Folsgare; nu gehuwd met Reijn Hijlckes, rendant te Folsgare Andries Rienicx, rendeerde te Witmarsum; als curator van Liesbeth Simons te Franeker; een van de weeskinderen van wijlen Simon Rienicx, 21 jaar geworden rond St. Jacobus (25-7); gehuwd met Simon Martens te Franeker
