eiser stelt dat eertijds door haar tegen Sicke Wibes betreffende "deflorationis" (ontmaagding, verkrachting) door dit gerecht in zoverre geprocedeerd is dat Sicke veroordeeld is haar gg 29 te betalen met de getaxeerde proceskosten van cg 10-10, afgezien van executiekosten. Maar er zijn geen goederen waarop executie kan worden uitgevoerd. Maar Goffe Piers Bonninga a Zijaerda als momber van Sicke en de andere weeskinderen van w. Wibe Jouckis heeft rekenschap afgelegd van zijn administratie van deze weeskinderen, waaruit bleek dat hij geld schuldig was aan hen, waarvan hij een deel aan het gerecht ter hand heeft gesteld en op termijnen zal betalen. Eiser wil daar beslag op leggen, maar de gedaagde opponeert. Gedaagde stelt dat Sicke meer dan zijn aandeel aan geld ontvangen heeft, in ieder geval meer dan zijn broers en zusters, zodat hij geen andere betalingen meer mag verwachten. Partijen moesten voor de commissaris verschijnen, die hun zou proberen te schikken en zo niet hiervan schriftelijk verslag zou doen aan het gerecht. Partijen zijn verschenen, hebben hun rekeningen overlegd en gedebatteerd, stukken ingebracht en getuigenverklaringen. Het gerecht verklaart de eiser daarop niet ontvankelijk verklaard en verdeelt de kosten.
