Open Archives can automatically search the records for details of the parents of a person.

With the information found, a pedigree chart can be presented.

To use this feature you must be logged in and have a subscription.

If the information you find on Open Archives, is useful for your research, you can download it in PDF and GEDCOM format.

GEDCOM files can be imported into your family tree program. This way you do not need to type all the information in your family tree program.

Note: the files do not contain the scanned images!

In order to make use of this functionality, you need to have a subscription.

The records you encounter on Open Archives and which are useful for your research, can be added to your list of favorite records. You can sort this list and when you search you will see immediately which records are already on your list of favorite records.

Favorite records can be downloaded in PDF format (ideal for printing) and GEDCOM format (ideal for importing into your family tree).

To use this feature, you need to login first.

If you login, you can mark documents as a favorite by clicking the Add as favorite   button found under the deed data.

You can organize your favorite historical documents with tags, download it in PDF or GEDCOM format and share with others as public collection.
