In doing the family history of the Miga side of the family we have gone back to the parents of the Cornelis Miga who was born in 1856. His father was Cornelis Miga b.1828 and married Nematode Hendrica Dorothea Christina Brants b. c.1828. We would like to find earlier generations. All we know fro sure is that the 1st Cornelis Miga was a forward Guard for William of Orange before he entered The Netherlands to become King.
Would very much appreciate any more knowledge of this wing of the family MIGA.
