Johannes Weesen is een zoon van Petrus/Pieter Weesen en Gesina Harmens uit Harlingen.
Petrus Weesen is gedoopt in 's-Hertogenbosch op 06-11-1747 en is begraven in Harlingen op 29-10-1818. Gesina is gedoopt op 21-10-1757 en overleden op 17-12-1809 in Harlingen.Zij zijn getrouwd op 25-07-1784 in Harlingen. Er waren voor zover mij bekend 5 kinderen geboren. Johannes is gedoopt op 31-12-1803 en overleden 03-11-1855 in Harlingen
