Onderpanden: 1) 1 perceel hooi- of weiland, gelegen bij Oosterhout aan de Groenen Dijk. 2) 1 perceel hooi- of weiland, gelegen aan de Dongen-dijk. 3) onverdeelde helft van perceel hooi- of weiland, gele-gen aan de Sluis. 4) 1 perceel mastbos, gelegen bij Oosterhout bij Steen-hoven, genaamd het Blauwe Paard. Belendend oost de weg naar Steenhoven, west de weg naar Rijen en de notaris Brouwers, zuid de Amer, en noord Christiaan Chat. Tevens aanwezig Schalk van der Meer, wonende in Breda, in zijn kwaliteit van voogd van de minderjarige dochter en enige erfgename van genoemde wijlen Willem Herman Boon; naam van de dochter: Antonia Maria Boon. Gedaan in Teteringen ten kantore van notaris van Gin-neken. Getuigen: Cornelis Verdaasdonk landbouwer, en Antonie van der Mast meester kleermaker, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
