Volmacht krachtens onderhandse acte, getekend in Nijmegen op 1827-12-07 en in Tilburg op 1827-12-09. Gaat over tot opheffing hypothecaire inschrijving ten behoeve van de nalatenschap van voornoemde over-leden vrouwe van Hogendorp, en die ten laste was van Maria van Etten, weduwe van Leendert Melisse, land-bouwster, wonende onder Standdaarbuiten, Anthony Melisse, haar zoon, landbouwer, bij haar inwonende, en Cornelis Stoop,,haar schoonzoon, landbouwer, wonende in Bloemendaal onder Klundert. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Louis Henri Joseph Arrachart en André Hamon, herbergier, beiden wonende in Breda.
