Cornelis Jan Bongenaar, kannonnier bij de Artillerie in garnizoen in 's Gravenhage, verklaart te hebben verkocht aan Willem Bongenaar, in zijn kwaliteit als toeziend voogd over de minderjarige Jan Bongenaar en dit doende ten behoeve van deze, een perceel zaailand gelegen op de Hooyberg alhier, groot 2 gemeten. De koopsom bedraagt 180 gulden, waarvan 95 gulden op 2 februari a.s. zal worden betaald en het restant heeft de verkoper inmiddels van de koper ontvangen. Dientengevolge transporteert de verkoper het verkochte aan de koper en stelt hem onder renunciatie van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter en Christiaan Biemans, grutter, beiden alhier woonachtig.
