Deze goederen zijn eigendom van Johanna Hermanna Nodell, zijnde buiten de gemeenschap van goederen blijkens het huwelijkscontract, gepasseerd voor notaris Reinier Borde-wijk en diens ambtgenoot, residerende in Rotterdam, op 1816-12-31. Deze goederen in haar bezit gekomen bij ver-koop, gehouden voor notaris Jan Leonardus Wiercx Hz in Ginneken op 1821-05-14. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris P.C.Wiercx in Ginneken. Getuigen: Jan van der Steen den Pieter van Steenoven, beiden herbergiers en wonende in Ginneken.
