Pieter Lonnée, herbergier wonende te Rijsbergen en zijn echtgenote, Catharina Schrauwen, verklaren schuldig te zijn aan Adriaan Boons, mr. koperslager, alhier woonachtig, de som van f. 600,-- wegens geleend geld. Zij zullen de som restitueren op 9 juni 1821 met een interest van 5½% per jaar. Ingeval de som niet tijdig wordt terugbetaald, zal de rente blijven doorlopen tot de gehele aflossing. Hiervoor is dan wel de toestemming van de crediteur vereist. Tot zekering van prompte terugbetaling dient; - een huis, schuur, stal, bakhuis, hof en erf genaamd "' de Kroon" , staand en gelegen te Rijsbergen, groot ½ bunder, belendend; oost en west de heer G. Flooren, zuid het Leegstraatje e.a. en noord de Straatweg. - idem een perceel heide gelegen in de Gouberg, groot ca. 1 bunder, belendend; oost A. van den Kieboom, zuid de Goubergsche Hegge, west Matthijs van Gaal e.a. en noord de kinderen van Christiaan Jan Taks. - een perceel heide, gelegen als voornoemd achter de Pannenhoef, groot ca. 3/4 gemet, belendend; oost Petronella Bos, zuid en noord de heer van der Meer en west C. van den Eeden. - idem een perceel moer, gelegen in Zundert in den Aart, groot ca. 3/4 gemet, belendend; oost C. van den Eeden, zuid de wed. Havermans en west de heer van der Walle. - idem een perceel heide en moer in de Schrieken, groot ca. 1 gemet, belendend; oost Josephus Verharen, zuid den Schriekschen Loop, west Adriaan Rovers en noord Lambertus Janssen. Als borgen worden gesteld Hendrik van der Steen, particulier, alhier woonachtig en Marijnus Canters, brouwer, wonend te Rijsbergen. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier en Cornelis van der Burgt, mr. zadelmaker, beiden alhier woonachtig.
