De boedelbeschrijving wordt uitgevoerd op verzoek van de volgende personen: 1) Petrus Albertus Quithoven voornoemd, ook als voogd over de 3 minderjarige kinderen van zijn nu overleden dochter Petronella Quithoven, geboren uit haar huwelijk met nu ook overleden Petrus Fens, genaamd Adriaan, 17 jr, Elisabeth, 14 jr, en Pieter Fens, 11 jr. 2) Sebastiaan Stendenbach, winkelier, wonende in Breda, als gemachtigde van Johannis Fredrik Quithoven, tamboer major bij het 3e regiment infanterie, in garnizoen in Nijmegen, vlgs onderhandse acte getekend in Nijmegen op 1841-11-17. 3) Johannis Baptist Fens, dagloner, wonende in Breda, als toeziend voogd over genoemde 3 minderjarige kinderen. De taxatie wordt uitgevoerd door Louisa Aleida Cornelia Hermans, getrouwd met Pieter Joseph Schadée, schatster van roerende goederen, wonende in Breda. Tot de boedel behoort het huis met tuin en erf, staande en gelegen in Breda aan de westzijde van de Keizersbrug tegenover het Armkinderhuis, waarin de nu overleden dochter en haar man voornoemd hebben gewoond. De waarde van de goederen bedraagt totaal: 644,80 gld (inclusief de waarde van het huis zijnde 500 gld). Verwezen wordt naar een testament van Petronella Wierken, laatst weduwe van Johannis Ferstappe en moeder van Elisabeth Ferstappe voornoemd. Getuigen: Cornelis van Riel, winkelier, en Jacobus Gerardus Aelen, horlogemaker, beiden wonende in Breda.
