Wiercx de pachtovereenkomst van veenland procederen. De pachters zullen de prijs van hun koop op 1 oktober aan Francois Maurice Clement van Steensel, burgemeester van Gilze en Rijen, moeten betalen. De turf moet gewonnen en vervoerd zijn voor Ste. Remis (11 november) van het jaar 1814. Partij 1, 16, 29 en 40 is toegewezen aan Arnauld Rens. Partij 2 en 11 is toegewezen aan Adrien Mensen te Bavel. Borg bij koop van partij 18 (Adrien Jespers). Partij 3, 7 en 13 is toegewezen aan Martin Buijs. Partij 4 en 8 is toegewezen aan Corneille Voermans te Bavel. Partij 5, 17 en 43 is toegewezen aan Laurent Franken. Partij 6 en 27 is toegewezen aan Corneille Nouwens. Partij 9 is toegewezen aan Jean Geerden. Partij 10, 12 en 42 is toegewezen aan Jean Adrien Klaassen. Partij 14 en 20 is toegewezen aan Jean Harrings. Partij 15 is toegewezen aan Adrien Oomen. Partij 18 (borg Adrien Mensen) is toegewezen aan Adrien Jespers. Partij 19 en 24 is toegewezen aan Antoine van den Korput. Partij 21 (te Bavel), 22 en 23 is toegewezen aan Jean Vinken. Partij 25, 32 en 39 is toegewezen aan Adrien van Dorst. Partij 26 (borg Pierre Hijlaars) en 41 is toegewezen aan Pierre Harrings. Partij 28 en 34 is toegewezen aan Jacques van Dongen. Partij 30, 31. 37 en 38 is toegewezen aan Gerard Paulusen. Partij 33, 35 en 36 is toegewezen aan Pierre de Hoon. Partij 44 is toegewezen aan Jacques Voeten te Dorst. De totale som bedraagt 318,54 francs. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Francois Maurice Clement van Heensel, burgemeester en Charles Bastiaanse, veldwachter, beiden wonende te Gilze.
