Het handelt ten eerste om een perceel zaailand gelegen op Snijders Chaam, belend oost Jan van den Broek, zuid de weg, west 'sHeeren Vroente en noord de kinderen van Jan van den Broek. Ten tweede een perceel zaailand gelegen op Snijders Chaam, belend oost Jan Vriends, zuid Arnoldus van Gestel, west Dingeman en Peeter Adriaansen en noord de weg. Ten derde een perceel zaailand gelegen op Snijders Chaam, belend oost Jan Houtepen, zuid de straat, west en noord Gerard Buijs. Deze zijn verkregen uit de boedel van hun ouders Mattheus Geerden en Cornelia Ridders. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Jacobus van Miert en Jan van Oers.
