Op verzoek van Jan van Brakel, executeur-testamentair in de nalatenschap van wijlen zijn vader, de weledelgestrenge heer en meester, Willem Elisa van Brakel, wordt overgegaan tot de publieke verkoping van onderstaande kavels schaarhout. De verkoping geschiedt onder een aantal voorwaarden die nader in de akte worden omschreven. De volgende kavels worden genoemd; het schaarhout van de nieuwe weyde, het schaarhout van den Ossenblok, het schaarhout van het lang akkerke en het driehoekboske, het schaarhout van de Dreef en de zure wey, het schaarhout van de boskens en het schaarhout van het groot akkerke. Het totaal der kooppenningen bedraagt 215 gulden, het rantsoen beloopt 21 gulden en 10 stuivers, in totaal 236 gulden en 10 stuivers. De bij de inzet, pacht en borgstelling betrokken personen worden allen in afzonderlijke records vermeld. De getuigen zijn Gregorius Eckart en Theodorus Pasqué, beiden woonachtig alhier.
