Deze goederen zijn verbonden geweest door Antonie Jan van Aart, bouwman en zijn echtgenote Cecilia Gommers ten behoeve van Cornelis Jan Bastiaanssen ingevolge akte d.d. 29 september 1813 en ingeschreven op het Bureau ter bewaring der Hypotheken te Breda. Deze akte dient tot royement van inschrijving van bovenstaande goederen bij het Bureau bewaring der Hypotheken te Breda. Getuigen zijn Jan Willems, particulier en Hendrik van Raak, winkeleir, beiden woonachtig alhier.
