Onderstaande vaste en onroerende goederen zijn in haar bezit gekomen bij erfenis van haar overleden ou-ders Bastiaan Bastiaansen en Elisabeth Verdaasdonk echtelieden, die hebben en zijn overleden in Teteringen, blijkens deling, gepasseerd voor notaris Pieter van Ginne-ken in Teteringen op 1826-07-18. Gedaan ten huize van Martinus Bastiaansen in de Ros-kam aan de Terheydenseweg onder Teteringen. Het betreft de volgende goederen: Koop 1) 1 huis, kamer, met de oostelijke helft en de daarbij staande schuur, met stal, tuin en erf, staande en gelegen aan de straatweg naar Moerdijk aan de Ter-heydenseweg onder Teteringen, litt.D nr.112. Koop 2) 1 perceel tuinland, gelegen als boven, sectie D nr.114. Koop 3) 1 perceel tuinland, gelegen als boven, sectie D nr.616. Koop 4) De noordelijke helft van een perceel hooi- en moerland, gelegen in de polder de Kroeten onder Tete-ringen. Belendend oost erven Bosmans, zuid Martinus Bastiaansen, west Jacobus van Miert, noord kinderen Vlamings. Bieders: (acte 34) (1833-07-09) Koop 1) Pieter Antonie van Riel, hovenier, wonende in Breda; bod: 900 gld. Koop 2) Johannis Vermeulen, smid, wonende in Heus-denhout; bod: 450 gld. Koop 3) Johannis Vermeulen, voornoemd; bod: 330 gld. Koop 4) Pieter Antonie van Riel, voornoemd; bod: 70 gld. Bod op koop 1) wordt door Pieter Antonie van Riel, voornoemd, verhoogd tot 1000 gld. Getuigen: Maryn van Rijsbergen en Marynus Oonincx, beiden landbouwers en wonende in Teteringen. Acte 42: (1833-07-23) Bod op koop 1) wordt verhoogd door Johannis van den Goorberg, winkelier, wonende in Breda met 100 gld, zodat het koopbedrag nu 1100 gld is. Bod op koop 2) wordt verhoogd door Martinus Bastiaan-sen met 100 gld, zodat hret koopbedrag nu 550 gld is. Bod op koop 1) wordt verhoogd door Franciskus Schoenmakers, hovenier, wonende in Teteringen, met 100 gld, zodat het koopbedrag nu 1200 gld is. Bij de finale toewijzing worden kopen 1, 2, 3 en 4 ge-combineerd en gemijnd door Martinus Bastiaansen, hovenier en tapper, wonende in Teteringen, voor het totale bedrag van 2475 gld. Getuigen: Marynus Oonincx, landbouwer, en Adrianus Roelands, hovenier, beiden wonende in Teteringen.
