Partij 1.1 bekent de erfchijns schuldich te zijn aen 2.1, als oom en vgd van Henrick, Adriaen en Adriane wijlen 2.2 zijns brueders zonen en dochter. Te vrijen mette 11 kargld voirs. Met noch 7 kargld ter quijtinge met 100 kargld eens, die de zonen en dochter wijlen 2.2 daer op zij blijven heffen nae uutwijsen des briefs oick van date 1561/08/26 ( R767, fol 175v/176r ). Met noch 2 lop rogs Sint Anthonis altaer in de kercke van Alfen. En met sHeeren chijnse. En om de 11 kargld beter te verzekeren zoo is gecomen 1.2, met 1.1 heuren man en vgd, en heeft te bijpande geset erfpacht D. Behoudelick eenenyegelicken zijn erfwegen en erfwaterlaten daer over te gebruycken. Men mag de vercofte erfchijns altijt lossen met 158 kargld en 10 st.
