Jan Bastiaanssen, bouwman, in kwaliteit als voogd en Jan Donkers, mr. bakker, in hoedanigheid als toeziend voogd over de minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Arnoldus Donkers en Petronella Bastiaanssen, beiden alhier overleden, zijn door de familieraad gehouden voor de Vrederechter te Breda op 30 mei 1820 in deze hoedanigheid benoemd. Zij willen overgaan tot het verhuren van onderstaande vaste goederen. De verhuring vindt plaats in de herberg van Jan Kievits, alhier. De geldende voorwaarden worden in de akte nader omschreven. Het eerste perceel betreft een huis, schuur, hof en erf, groot ca. 40 roeden, gelegen in het dorp. Het perceel wordt gehuurd door Pieter van Poppel, houtverkoper, alhier woonachtig, voor de som van f. 100,-- per jaar. Het tweede perceel betreft een huis, hof en erf, groot ca. 2 gemeten, gelegen op de Doelen alhier. Perceel wordt gepacht door Willem Jan van Esch, hovenier, wonende alhier, voor de som van f. 81,-- per jaar. Hij heeft tot borgen gesteld Hendrik Maas, hovenier en Jan Baptist Verheyen, arbeider, beiden alhier woonachtig. Het derde perceel betreft een huis, hof en erf, groot 2 gemeten, gelegen op de Doelen alhier. Het perceel wordt gehuurd door Peeter van Alphen, hovenier, wonende alhier, voor de som van f. 89,-- per jaar. Borgen zijn Antonie van Alphen, particulier en Cornelis Peeter van Alphen, arbeider, beiden woonachtig alhier. Getuigen zijn Frans Antonie van den Muijsenberg, mr. brouwer en Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter, beiden woonachtig alhier.
