A.B.Oomen, weduwnaar van Maria Flooren, overleden 1809-01-26, hertrouwd met Jacoba Vermeeren, wettige vader en voogd van 7 minderjarige kinderen: Adriana 12 jr, Elizabeth 11 jr, Maria 10 jr, Cornelis 9 jr, Antonia 7 jr, Bartholomeus 5 jr, Helena 3 jr. Ieder ervend 1/7 deel van hun moeder Maria Flooren, in aanwezigheid van Joh.Baptista Flooren als toeziend voogd, wonende in Teteringen, hiertoe aangewezen door de familieraad op voorstel van G.v.d.Heuvel, vrederechter in Breda. Ten behoeve van deze kinderen inventarisatie en be-schrijving van alle have, meubelen, huishoudelijke gereedschappen, linnen en wollen goederen, gouden en zilveren voorwerpen, contacnt geld, in- en uitschulden, kortom alle roerende en onroerende goederen behoren-de tot gemeenschappelijk bezit van A.B.Oomen en M.Flooren. Alle goederen aanwezig op voornoemd adres. Getuigen: Corn.Brouwers en Arnoldus v.Dun, beide wonende in Teteringen.
