De betaling dient op 13 november 1813 gedaan te zijn in handen van Maurice Francois Clement van Steenzel, burgemeester van Gilze en Rijen. Het gaat om in totaal 108 verpachtingen. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Marin Mol, locoburgemeester van Gilze en Charles Bastiaense, veldwachter, beiden wonende te Gilze.
