Genoemde personen verklaren, verkocht te hebben aan hun zuster Pitronella van Eyl, getrouwd met Marynus Jansen, arbeider, wonende in Teteringen: 5 6e parten in een perceel zaailand, genaamd de Hoo-genakker, gelegen op de Molengracht bij Teteringen, voor de prijs van 300 gld. Genoemd perceel is in hun bezit gekomen uit de boedel en nalatenschap van hun overleden vader Matheus van Eyl, in leven weduwnaar van Martina van de Goorbergh, die heeft gewoond en is overleden in Teteringen. Deze heeft het perceel in bezit gekregen uit koop gehouden voor notaris J.J.van der Laar in Breda op 1785-07-22. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris Pieter van Ginneken. Getuigen: Antonie van der Mast, meester kleermaker, en Arnoldus van Dongen, timmermansknecht, beiden wo-nende in Teteringen.
