Noch 2 vertel rogs den voirs (schepen) Henrick Henricxzoon van den Kyeboom. Noch 2 vertel rogs den erffg wijlen Laureijs Pauwels Schelckenszoon. Noch 10 lop rogs Godert Henrick Merceliszone oft zijnre huysfrou. Noch 7 1/2 lop rogs Anthonie Claes Steven Aertsdr wittige huysfrou Jan Willem Sprangerszoon. Noch 1 vertel rogs Anthonis Peterszone de Bye, ter Heijden woonende. En sHeeren chijns. Al ouden commer. Met noch 5 vertel rogs en 3 kargld ter quijtinge int geheel met 116 kargld en 10 st eens die Agneeze Claes Steven Aertsdr, wed wijlen Steven Peter Corneliszoon, en met noch 4 vertel rogs en 3 kargld ter quijtinge tesamen met 98 kargld eens, die Jan wijlen Steven Claes Steven Aertszoon respective daer op blijven heffen nae uutwijsen der brieven alnu oick gepasseert ( R768, fol 159r/159v, resp. R768, fol 159v/170r N.B. folio 160 t.e.m.169 ontbreken). Dies geloofde 1.1 de 5 vertel rogs en 3 kargld ter quijtinge Agneeze Claes Steven Aertsdr, en de 4 vertel rogs en 3 kargld ter quijtinge Jan wijlen Steven Claes Steven Aertszoons zone voirs, te Lichtmisse anno 1570 te lossen, alsoo dat dan uut de onderpande alleen de ouden commer voor dese vercofte 14 kargld uutgaen. Men mach de vercofte erfchijns altijt lossen met 200 kargld en met 13 st eens meer te geven en met 3 mnd opseggen. En 2.1 verclaerde dat de cooppenn van de erfchijns gecomen zijn van zeker stuck beemden tot Baerle aen de Weersdonck gelegen, en van noch zeker 3 kargld en 10 st ter quijtinge met 50 kargld eens, al deselfs 2.1 oud erfgoet wesende, bij hem alnu vercoft zijnde, alzoo dat dese gecofte erfchijns altijt staen sullen ten selven recht en natuere zooals des voirs 2.1 vercofte en erfgoeden stonden.
