Johannes van den Broek, arbeider, wonende te Terheijden, Adriaan van den Broek, hovenier, alhier woonachtig en Johanna van den Broek, echtgenote van Cornelis Denissen, arbeider, alhier woonachtig, verklaren te hebben verkocht aan Adriaan van Galder, bouwman, wonende op Overveld, alhier; 1. een huis, schuur en bakhuis met zaailand en dries, groot 1 bunder 72 roeden 23 ellen, staand en gelegen aan de Zanddreef op Groot Overveld, alhier, belendend; oost de Zanddreef, zuid het domein, west de kinderen van Dielis Nuyts en Cornelis Sommen en noord Hendrik van Oers. 2. een perceel zaailand, groot 1 bunder 93 roeden 76 ellen, genaamd "den Geerakker", gelegen als voornoemd, belendend; oost, west en noord Jacobus Nooren en zuid de baan. 3. een perceel hooiland, groot 1 bunder 7 roeden 65 ellen, gelegen in de polder van Strijpen, alhier, belendend; oost de gemeente, zuid de heer Kerstens, west en noord Jan van Gool. 4. een perceel wei- of hooiland, groot 86 roeden 12 ellen, gelegen in "den Angel", alhier, belendend; oost het domein, zuid Hendrik Rops, west Jacobus Huybrechts en noord secretaris Simon. De verkopers verkregen deze goederen als erfgenamen van wijlen hun ouders Cornelis van den Broek (overleden op 27 december 1829) en Anna Timmermans (overleden 21 juli 1814) die de goederen verkregen door koop van Hendrik van Opstal en Pieter Wouters (perceel onder no. 1), door koop van Adriaan Cornelis Migielsen (no. 2) en Nicolaas van Welt en Adriaan Joost van Loon, door koop van Jan Dielen en zijn echtgenote Anna Graauwmans (no. 3) en door koop van Cornelis en Adriaan van den Berg (no. 4). De goederen zijn verkocht voor een totaalbedrag van f. 1500,-- welke bedragen de verkopers verklaren van de koper te hebben ontvangen. Dientengevolge transporteren zij het verkochte aan de koper onder afstand van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Arnoldus Nooren, vleeshouwer en Jacob Baert, particulier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
