Als onderpanden worden genoemd: 1 huis met stal, schuur en land, genaamd Jacobus Bette, gelegen in Ginneken bij de watermolen bij de Karnemelkstraat, 1 perceel weide in Overakker, en 1 perceel akkerland, genaamd de Ginniksen akker. Zij verklaren dat deze zaken niet met hypotheek be-zwaard zijn, behalve hetgeen door wijlen Adriaan Gooyaarts gevestigd is t.b.v. Matheus Jacobus Corne-lissen, rentenier, wonende in Breda, voor 600 gld, zijnde het beloop van een obligatie, en t.b.v. mej.Maria de Ruyter, weduwe van Theodorus Damen, winkelierster in Breda, voor 1000 gld, zijn het beloop van een obligatie. Gedaan binnen Breda. Getuigen: Joannes Vermeulen, wagenmaker, en Antonie Kakerken, beiden wonende in Breda.
