De 1e koop betreft een perceel hooiland, groot 1 bunder, gelegen in de polder van Wijmeren alhier, belendend; oost de erven Roels, zuid de wed. Jan Nooren, west en noord de armen van Princenhage. De 2e koop betreft een perceel schaarbos, groot ½ bunder, gelegen op Klijn Overveld in de Papenstraat, belendend oost en zuid Jan Bastiaanssen, west het straatje en noord Jan Naalden. De 1e koop wordt ingezet door Hendrik Dekkers, herbergier alhier woonachtig, op f. 180,-- en hij heeft gestreken 2 Zeeuwsche rijksdaalders. Vervolgens wordt hij verhoogd door Christiaan Briellemans te Ginneken, met f. 50,-- zodat de inzet f. 230,-- bedraagt en hij strijkt f. 15,--. De 2e koop wordt ingezet door Jan Jan van der Veeken, bouwman alhier, op f. 255,-- en hij heeft gestreken 2 Zeeuwsche rijksdaalders. Getuigen zijn Antonie de Cottigny, medisch doctor en Pieter Hoeymans, mr. slager, beiden alhier woonachtig. no. 87; Op 18 juli 1820 vindt de definitieve koop en palmslag plaats. De 1e koop gaat naar Christiaan Briellemans voor zijn bod van f. 230,--. Hij verklaart de koop te hebben gedaan t.b.v. zijn moeder Maria Adriaan Schipperen, landbouwster, wonende te Ginneken. Gestelde borgen zijn Jan van der Velden en Jacobus Buykx, beiden wonende te Ginneken. De 2e koop gaat naar Jan Jan van der Veeken voor zijn bod van f. 255,--. Hij stelt tot borgen Pieter Antes en Hendrik Rops, bouwlieden, alhier woonachtig. Getuigen zijn thans Frans Antonie van den Muijsenberg, mr. brouwer en Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter, beiden alhier woonachtig.
