Genoemde personen verklaren, te hebben verkocht, afge-staan en overgedragen aan Peter van Loon, landbouwer, wonende in Zondereijgen op het Lipseind, een bedrag van 550 gld, zijnde het beloop van een obligatie groot 550 gld, die ten laste is van de gemeente Chaam en ten behoeve van Cornelis Floris, als voogd, en Anthony van Gestel als toe-ziend voogd over de minderjarige kinderen van wijlen Laurijs Floris, geboren uit diens huwelijk met nu overleden Maria van Gestel, dit blijkens obligatoire akte, gepasseerd voor de schepenen van Chaam op 1795-10-16. Gedaan ten kantore van notaris J.L.Wiercx in Ginneken. Getuigen: Maryn Vlamings, landbouwer, en Jan van der Steen, herbergier, beiden wonende in Ginneken.
