Betrokkene is de vorige eigenaar van het perceel. (zie onder). Antony Mattijs Maas, wagenmaker, in Breda woonachtig en Anna Elisabeth Fens, weduwe van Johannes van Dongen, zonder beroep, alhier woonachtig, verklaren te hebben verkocht aan Johannes Ambrosius Cornelis Simon, secretaris en alhier woonachtig, een perceel weide en moerputten, groot 1 bunder 29 roeden 16 ellen, gelegen in de Kroeten alhier. Verkopers verkregen het perceel door aankoop van Adriaan Jan Dirven, volgens akte gepasseerd d.d. 4 maart 1809. Voor nadere bepalingen de verkoop betreffende wordt verwezen naar de akte. Het perceel is verkocht voor f. 100,-- en de verkopers verklaren dit bedrag van de koper ontvangen te hebben. Dientengevolge transporteren zij het verkochte aan de koper onder afstand van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Arnoldus Nooren en Cornelis Nooren, vleeshouwers, beiden alhier woonachtig.
