Hubertus Stevens. Genoemd huis is zijn volle eigendom en vrij van alle vroegere verbanden. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van Matheus Bavelaar, meester broodbakker, wonende in Breda. Getuigen: Louis Henri Joseph Arrachart, wonende in Breda, en Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig.
