Belendend oost weduwe Jan Goverden, zuid Christiaan Rovers, west eigen erf en noord Mathys Rieders. 4) 1 perceel land genaamd de Nieuwe grond, gelegen als boven. Belendend oost Cornelis Rens, zuid de straat, west de straat en eigen erf, noord Johannes van der Eeden en eigen erf. Genoemde vaste goederen zijn in hun bezit gekomen bij publieke koop voor notaris Caspar Nicolaas Willem van Mensch in Rijsbergen op 18360830. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van de kinderen Kruysstraaten. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der gemeente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Adriaan Baddé, schoenmaker en wonende in Breda.
