Onderpanden: 1) 1 perceel zaailand, gelegen in de polder het oudland bij Zevenbergen. 2) 1 huis met schuur en erf, staande en gelegen in Ze-venbergen, aan de zuidzijde van de haven. Stelt zich verder met zijn persoon en overige bezittingen garant. Als borg is aanwezig: Rudolphus de Leeuw, landbouwer, wonende in de Arembergse polder bij Zevenbergen, t.b.v. genoemde Maria Catharina Crul. Rudolphus de Leeuw stelt als onderpand een eind dijk, lopende voor de Pelgrimshoeve onder Zevenbergen, vanaf de dijk van Huybert Vriendt tot aan de dijk van A. Damen; genoemde dijk is zijn eigendom. Stelt zich verder met zijn persoon en overige bezittingen garant. Gedaan in Breda ten huize van Maria Catharina Crul. Getuigen: Jacobus Krijnen, wonende in Breda, en Christiaan Vermeulen, wonende in Ginneken.
