De voorwaarden worden in de akte nader omschreven. Kooppenningen bedragen f. 144,05, rantsoenen zijn f. 14,40½, in totaal f. 158,45½. Gestelde borgtocht bedraagt f. 16,10. Getuigen zijn Frans Antonie van den Muijsenberg, mr. brouwer en Gregorius Eckart, veldwachter, beiden alhier woonachtig.
