Betrokkene is belanghebbende (zie onder). Pieter Nicolaas Janssens, koopman, Mr. Floris van Gils, advocaat en Norbertus Josephus van Reuth, bankhouder en kassier, allen te Breda woonachtig, zijn benoemde commissarissen bij het concordaat tussen de heer Pieter Huijzers en zijn schuldeisers, gesloten bij de Rechtbank van Koophandel te Breda d.d. 27 augustus 1825. Zij verlenen ophef van de volgende inschrijvingen; 1. een inschrijving bij het bureau ter bewaring van hypotheken te Breda d.d. 20 januari 1818 ten voordele van de heer Hendrikus Ferdinandus Simons te Breda. 2. twee inschrijvingen bij dit bureau d.d. resp. 30 december 1819 en 16 oktober 1824 ten behoeve van Vrouwe Anna Frederika van der Hoek, weduwe van de heer Nicolaas van Duijfhuis te 's Gravenhage. 3. een inschrijving bij dit bureau d.d 6 oktober 1823 ten behoeve van de heer Emmanuel Joseph Collier, particulier, wonende te Rijssel. Dit alles ten laste van Pieter Huijzers, mr. metselaar te Breda voor zover deze inschrijvingen slaan op een huis, plein, hof en erf, staand en gelegen te Breda, aan de oostzijde van de Grote Markt, naast het huis van de wed. de Roy en het huis van Isabella Ligvis (?) op de andere zijde. Voorts verlenen de comparanten ophef van een inschrijving bij voormeld bureau d.d. 22 oktober 1825 door de heren Floris van Gils, voornoemd en Paulus Gouverneur, procureur bij de Rechtbank als provisionele eisers in het faillissement van genoemde Huijzers. Getuigen zijn Johannes Ammerant, winkelier en Adriaan Mensen, kuiper, beiden woonachtig in Breda.
