Zie akte 145 op 10 november 1813 voor de definitieve verkoop. Het handelt om een voorlopige verkoop op verzoek van Gerard Mattheussen, boerenknecht wonende te Terheijden, Antonij Mattheussen, boerenknecht wonende te Alphen, Antonia Mattheussen, huisvrouw van Jacobus de Wit, arbeider wonende te Gilze en Anna Mattheussen, dienstmeid wonende te Gilze. Locatie is het huis en de herberg van de weduwe van Adriaan Hoevenaars te Gilze wijk M nr. 221. De kopers zullen de koopprijs betalen in één termijn in handen van Francois Maurice Clement van Steenzel, burgemeester van Gilze en Rijen, op 15 oktober 1814. Het gaat om 4 kopen. De eerste koop is een huis, stal, schuurtje en turfkooi met de hof, zaailand en weide gelegen op het Raakeijnde te Gilze, wijk N nr. 186, belend oost de weduwe van Loomans, zuid en noord de straat en west het gebuurwegje. Jaarlijks met goederen, gelden en oogsten belast aan het klooster van St. Catharinendaalen te Oosterhout en aan het kantoor van de domeinen te Breda. De tweede koop is een perceel zaailand gelegen op het Raakeijnde te Gilze, belend oost, west en noord Cornelis Loomans en zuid Cornelia van Gool. De derde koop is een perceel zaailand gelegen op het Raakeijnde te Gilze, belend oost de Schouwloop, zuid de weduwe van Jan Loomans, west de nieuwen dijk en noord Jan van Roosendaal. De vierde koop is een perceel zaailand gelegen op het Raakeijnde te Gilze, belend oost Anthonij Loomans, zuid en west de heide en noord den nieuwen dijk. Deze goederen zijn verkregen van hun ouders Adam Mattheussen, overleden te Gilze 1797 en Margaretha de Nijs, overleden te Gilze 1795. De Eerste Zitdag: Adriaan Loijmans, landbouwer wonende onder Gilze heeft ingezet op alle 4 de kopen met een bedrag van 600 francs. In aanwezigheid van de getuigen Adriaan Hoevenaars, brouwer en Antonij van Bijsterveld, landbouwer, beiden wonende te Gilze.
