Betrokken bij handeling van Abraham Matak, gepensioneerd majoor, wonende in Ginneken, die optreedt als curator over de goederen behorende aan zijn broer Izaak Matak, daartoe aangesteld door de rechtbank in Breda op 1821-08-27. Ook aanwezig: Casparus Govardus Johannis Bekkers, pro-cureur bij de rechtbank in Breda en aldaar woonachtig, die opdracht en volmacht heeft van Christiaan de Munnick, kapitein in garnizoen in Utrecht, getrouwd met Maria Helena Matak, blijkens in Breda onderhands gepasseerde akte op 1821-08-29. Verder aanwezig: Anna Maria Catharina van Rijn, weduwe van wijlen Daniel Matak, wonende in Ginneken, die optreedt voor zichzelf en als moeder en voogdes over haar minder-jarige dochter Anna Helena Adriana Matak, zijnde mede-erfgenaam van Izaak Matak. Verwezen wordt naar een brief van Izaak Matak, gedateerd in Batavia op 1820-3-16, gericht aan Abraham Matak voor-noemd en C.de Munnick voornoemd, geviseerd en geregis-treerd in Breda op 1821-08-25, zijnde een volmacht, gepas-seerd voor notaris Klaas Heynis in Breda op 11821-08-25, betreffende het in ontvangst nemen van een bedrag van 50.000 gld. Een dergelijke brief is ook gestuurd aan Maria Helena Matak, betrefffende een bedrag van 20.000 gld. Hiervoor zijn wissels verstuurd. De originele brieven zijn bij deze akte gevoegd. Hierin is te lezen, dat Izaak Matak aan zijn familieleden opdracht geeft, hoe met genoemde bedragen te handelen. Getuigen: Mr.Christiaan Pel Rijcken, advocaat, en Wouter van den Ham, procureur, beiden bij de rechtbank in Breda en aldaar woonachtig.
