Louwrijs van Rooy, timmerman, alhier woonachtig, verklaart te hebben verkocht aan Adriaan van Poppel, hovenier, alhier woonachtig; - een huis, schuur, stal met zaailand, groot 86 roeden 12 ellen, staand en gelegen op de Kerkhof- of Doelenakker, gemerkt Letter B nr. 122, belendend; oost de Ritschestraatpad, zuid de heer Kerstens, west de armen en noord de wed. Nicolaas van Loenhout. - een perceel zaailand, groot 1 bunder 29 roeden 16 ellen, gelegen op de Doelen bij het dorp, belendend; oost het domein, zuid Gregorius Hoeimans, west Willem Govers en noord de verkoper. Vorige eigenaren van de verkochte goederen zijn wijlen zijn zuster Petronella van Rooy, overleden 7 juli 1830 en wijlen zijn moeder Maria Bastiaanzen, wed. van Adriaan van Rooy die het weer kochten van Catharina Wouter van der Veeken, wed. van Jan Janze Dirven e.a. De goederen zijn verkocht voor de som van f. 1000,-- op welk bedrag de koper f. 200,-- contant heeft betaald en het restant ad f. 800,-- zal heden over 1 jaar worden betaald met een rente van 5%. De bovenvermelde verkochte goederen dienen als onderpand. Wordt deze verplichting niet nagekomen, dan dient de betaling van de rente jaarlijks op 10 augustus te geschieden. Hiervoor is wel de toestemming van de debiteur vereist. Getuigen zijn Cornelis Nooren, vleeshouwer en Jacob Baert, particulier, beiden alhier woonachtig.
