Cornelis Cornelis Voeten, bouwman, wonende te Rijsbergen, Anna Cornelis Voeten, weduwe van Stephanus Snijders, winkelierster te Rijsbergen, Jan Cornelis Voeten, hovenier, wonende te Rijsbergen en Adriana Cornelis Voeten, echtgenote van Arnoldus van Gastel, metselaar, wonende te Oudenbosch, zijn de enige erfgenamen van wijlen Maria Jan Voeten, particuliere en gewoond hebbend en overleden te Rijsbergen op 22 februari 1817. Zij verklaren handlichting te verlenen en in te stemmen met doorhaling van een hypothecaire inschrijving ten voordele van genoemde Maria Jan Voeten d.d. 4 maart 1819 ten laste van Mej. Adriana Mottart, weduwe van Abraham Dielemans, herbergierster alhier, Johannes Francis Dielemans en Clara Catharina Dielemans, beiden meerderjarig en ongehuwd, wonende ten huize van hun moeder voornoemd. Het betreft een hypotheek op een huis, stal, hof en erf, groot ca. 17 roeden, staand en gelegen in de Kuip van Princenhage, genaamd 'de Zwaan". De inschrijving is genomen uit kracht van een obligatoire akte, gepasseerd d.d. 3 maart 1819. Getuigen zijn Andries Weyler en Arnoldus Nooren, vleeschhouwer, beiden alhier woonachtig.
