Betrokkene is toeziend voogd over de minderjarige kinderen van mede-comparante Johanna van Wynants (???). Cornelis Hendrik Luyken, arbeider wonende te Princenhage, verzoekt over te gaan tot het formeren van een getrouwe staat en inventaris van alle roerende en onroerende goederen na het overleden van zijn echtgenote, Barbera Verwymeren in 1816. Zij laat 5 meerderjarige kinderen na en een weduwe (???) met 2 minderjarige kinderen. Meerderjarige kinderen zijn; Adriaan Cornelis Luyken, Maria Luyken gehuwd met Jan Dekkers, Johanna Luyken gehuwd met Huybard Cools, Nicolaas Luyken, Maryn Luyken en Johanna van Wynants (???), moeder en wettige voogdes over haar 2 minderjarige kinderen m.n. Maria en Jan Luyken, waarvan toeziend voogd is Adriaan Cornelis Luyken, hiertoe benoemd door de familieraad gehouden voor de Vrederechter Breda op 4 augustus 1817. De goederen worden gepriseerd door Dielis Nuyts, bouwman alhier die onder ede heeft verklaard de goederen volgens zijn beste kennis te zullen taxeren. De boedel wordt gepriseerd op 261 gulden en 10 cent, de schulden van de boedel bedragen 111 gulden gulden en 38 cent. Voorts wordt vermeld dat comparant eigenaar is van een huis en stallen gelegen in de polder waarvan de grond toebehoort aan de weduwe Christiaan Briellemans. Getuigen zijn Jan Willems en Gregorius Eckart, beiden wonend alhier.
