Genoemd wordt een obligatoire acte ge-passeerd voor notaris Adriaan Romme in Terheijden op 1823-04-10. Het gaat hier om een gedeeltelijke opheffing. Gedaan in Breda. Getuigen: Petrus van Kruysstraaten, secretaris der ge-meente Teteringen en aldaar woonachtig, en Adriaan Loonen, wonende in Breda.
