Ook aanwezig is Henri van Hooydonk, boer, woonachtig in Teteringen en hij is toeziend voogd. Ter bescherming van de rechten van partijen wordt een staat van de inventaris opgemaakt. In het huis van Adrien van Hooijdonk is genoemde Corneil overleden. De taxatie geschiedt door Jean van Hooijdonk, boer, woonachtig in Ginnken. Inboedel en vruchten te velde worden tezamen getaxeerd op 2624 fr. Voorts is er sprake van; - een stukje landbouwgrond, genoemd 'de Vennen', gelegen in Overakker te Ginneken, groot ca. 16 aren en 40 centiaren, oost en noord Francois Kakerken en de kinderen van Dirk Jean Dirken, zuid Corneil Kerstens en west het naburig straatje, getaxeerd op 120 fr. - een perceel, genaamd 'den Steenacker', gelegen als boven, groot ca. 1 hectare, 29 aren en 16 centiaren, oost, west en noord eigen erf en zuid de weg, getaxeerd op 1640 fr. - de helft van het oostelijk deel van een perceel weide, gelegen als boven, oost en zuid Jean van Gils, west de Broekweg en noord het andere deel, groot ca. 64 aren en 58 centiaren, getaxeerd op 700 fr. Een perceel heide, gelegen in Bavel, groot ca. 1 hectare, 29 aren en 16 centiaren, oost B.B. van der Borch, zuid de kinderen van Lambregt van Hooijdonk en noord de Vroente, getaxeerd op 100 fr. In totaal worden de onroerende getaxeerd op 2560,-- fr. Er zijn schulden aan Jacques van Rooij en Jeanne Kooremans, woonachtig in Ginneken, t.w. een som van 704,80 en aan Jean Baptiste Maassen in Ginneken de som van 1255,60, in totaal 1960,40 fr. Getuigen zijn Adrien van Hooijdonk en Joseph Verschuuren, landbouwers, beiden in Ginneken woonachtig.
