Betrokkene is de koper van het perceel. Margo Eskens, echtgenote van Matijs Adriaansen, brouwersknecht wonende te Breda, verklaart te hebben verkocht aan Lambert Boomaars, hovenier, wonende te Breda, een perceel zaailand met de houtwas eromheen, groot ca. 1 bunder, 29 roeden en 16 ellen, gelegen buiten de Haagsche Poort der stad Breda, bezijden de straatweg, alhier. Men heeft het perceel verkregen uit de nalatenschap van wijlen haar vader Adriaan Eskens. Het perceel is verkocht voor de som van f. 800,-- en de verkoopster verklaart dit bedrag van de koper te hebben ontvangen. Dientengevolge transporteert men het vastgoed aan de koper onder afstand van alle recht van eigendom. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak en Pieter van der Veeken, winkeliers, beiden alhier woonachtig.
