Pitronella, Adrianus, Bastiaan en Joannes, alsmede hun broer en neef Bastiaan van Baal, landbouwer in Teteringen. Betreft erfenis van wijlen hun oom Pieter van Diest, in leven koopman in Breda, omvattende een waarde van 10.000 gulden in obligaties, hypotheken en contanten. Tegenpartij: mej.Joanna Maria de Wit, nu huisvrouw van Joannes Ernst, winkelier in Breda. Laatstgenoemden be-willigen in de uitspraak van de rechtbank van Breda, be-vestigd door het Hooggerechtshof in Den Haag inzake overdracht van desbetreffende zaken aan genoemde familieleden. Gedaan in Breda, ten huize van Christiaan Verkaar in de Boschstraat wijk D nr.196. Getuigen: Antoine Thomas van Stralen hoedemaker, en Joannes Evers hoedemaker, beiden wonende in Breda.
