Aan betrokkene wordt een prelegaat toegekend. Antony Paulus van Beek, particulier, wonende ten huize en herberge van Jan Miezeron, alhier, verklaart alvorens te testeren, dat hij alle voorgaande testamenten of aktes van uiterste wil, speciaal het testament dat op 10 februari 1818 voor deze notaris is gepasseerd, wil vernietigen. Hij prelegateert na zijn overlijden zijn neef Pieter Miezeron de som van 100 gulden, zijn nicht Maria Miezeron de som van 25 gulden en aan zijn neef Hendrik Dekkers op Binstedeheyke woonachtig, de som van 75 gulden. Voorts prelegateert hij aan Johanna van Beek, echtgenote van Jan van Baal, aan de gezamenlijke kinderen van Pietronella Jan van Beek, in huwelijk verwekt door Hendrik Lambregts, aan Elisabet Jan van Beek, echtgenote van Adriaan Maas en Maria van Beek, echtgenote van Jacobus de Grauw en aan Christiaan van Beek, om onderling te verdelen niet hoofds maar staaksgewijs de volgende obligaties of schuldbekentenissen - een schuldbekentenis ten laste van Jan van Baal van 200 gulden - een schuldbekentenis van Adriaan Maas, groot 300 gulden - idem ten laste van Christiaan van Beek. Tot zijn enige erfgenamen benoemt hij zijn broer Cornelis van Beek, wonende te Ginnenekn voor de ene helft, en zijn neef Hendrik Dekkers en Johanna Dekkers, echtgenote van Jan Miezeron voor de andere helft. Hij benoemt zijn eerdergenoemde neef Hendrik Dekkers tot executeur-testamentair die voor zijn werkzaamheden de som van 25 gulden wordt toegekend. Getuigen zijn Hendrik van Raak, winkelier, Pieter van Loenhout, mr. broodmaker, Jan van de Kerkhof, schoolmeester en Willem Mariën, koopman, allen alhier woonachtig.
